Ingredients
Lychee 15
Sugar 2 to 2 ½ tablespoon
Water 2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon or as needed
Ice cubes
Method
Remove the pink outer skin and the seed of the fruit.
Blend lychee, lemon juice, sugar and half the water till it becomes smooth.
Strain the juice and add rest of water and ice cubes.
Serve immediately
