I wonder how crayons are made…
Crayons are mode of wax and coloured power called pigments. There are lot of different pigment, so we can get
crayons in all different colours. Liquid wax and the pigments are mixed together in huge vat, and then poured into crayon molds. When the wax has hardened, you have crayons.
I wonder why we have an alphabet… 
Before we had letters to write with, people drew pictures to tell stories. Drawing pictures become too slow. So they abbreviated the pictures by creating symbols. These symbols become letters. Our alphabet came from the Roman alphabet, which came from the Greek alphabet. The Phoenicians developed the very first alphabet.
