  1. This is due to the excessive secretion of particular fat glands called as ‘Sebum’.
  2. These children with ACNE VULGARIS’ should be asked to wash their face with mild soap twice a day.
  3. Children with pimples should be advised to do facial make up minimally.
  4. It is advised not to meddle with the pimples and it should not be pricked or plucked.
  5. Diet rich in fat should be avoided by children with pimples.
  6. Adolescents are more prone for anaemia. It is one of the commonest problem amongst teenagers.
  7. Children with anaemia will be dull, less active, not interested in active plays, always feeling tired and weak.
  8. Tongue, nail bed, thin membrane of the eye will be pale to look.
  9. If anaemia is severe children will have difficulty in breathing and fast heart beat.
  10. Anaemia may be due to inadequate intake of iron and vitamins in the food.
