GRAPE JUICE

Grapes are rich in antioxidants known as polyphenols which is capable of preventing many types of cancer. The fibre and potassium found in grapes are helpful for heart health. Grapes play an important role in curing constipation, acne, allergies and many more.

Ingredients

Black or Red Grapes 500 grams
Sugar as per taste
Water 1 cup
Lemon juice 2-3 teaspoonsor as required
(Optional)
Ice cubes

Method

Separate the grapes from the bunch and rinse thoroughly with water to get rid of dust and pesticides.

Blend the grapes along with sugar (check the sweetness of the grapes and add sugar as needed) lemon juice (optional) and water.

Strain the juice and serve with ice cubes.
