Pineapple is a good source of calcium, magnesium and vitamin C. It is the only fruit which has a major source of bromelain which has anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingredients
Pineapple 2 cups chopped
Sugar as required
Salt a pinch (optional)
Water 1/2 cup
Ice cubes few
Method
Blend pineapple, sugar, salt and water till smooth.
Strain with the help of a fine mesh strainer or a cheese cloth.
Serve by adding ice cubes. If you do not want to add ice cubes you can refrigerate the pineapple and then blend.
