1. Some newborn babies will have watering of their eyes either on one side or both the sides. It may be due to the block in the tear duct.  To clear the duct, along the medial aspect of the nose just below the lower eyelid gentle massage for few minutes for twice or thrice a day will help in releasing the block.
2. Normally for children, no need for any health drinks. If you give nutritious foods greens, leafy vegetable, Fruits, Mutton, Chicken and Egg that itself will be enough.
3. Children while playing actively, fall down and have injuries over the head. We should know whether it is only injury to the scalp or head injury affecting the brain.
4. If it is injury to the scalp alone necessary treatment in the form of putting bandage or stitching may be needed. It should be done immediately.
5. If there is injury to the brain, child may have vomiting, drowsiness, fits or loss of consciousness. Headache may be present and the child will be in a confused state.  Bleeding from the nose may be present.  If these features are present, medical attention is sought and the scan of the brain is to be done as an emergency measure.
6. While playing if a child falls and can’t get up or movement of the leg is highly painful or there is a swelling at a particular place, chances of fracture of that bone is there and hence doctors advice should be obtained and a X-ray should be taken to confirm it. Subsequently, treatment should be done accordingly.
7. Some children will make it a habit of passing motion once in 3 or 4 days. Usually, no treatment may be necessary for it.  But these children should be encouraged to pass motion daily.
8. If they pass motion once 4-5 days, they will be having difficulty in passing motion and abdominal distension will be present. In such conditions medical aid should be obtained.
9. If children pass blood and mucus along with motion parents should not be over anxious. If proper treatment is given children will recover mostly.
10. At the same time, a healthy and chubby male child between 7 months to 1 year goes on crying incessantly and passes frank blood through anus  it could be a serious disease called ‘INTSUSSCEPTION’. Wherein one portion of intestine slides into the adjacent portion of intestine. It is a surgical emergency and immediate attention should be given and even surgery should be done.
