1. Child should be made to sit upright and to stoop forward. Nostrils should be tightly closed for 15 minutes.  If it is done so, the blood will clot.  Then for few hours, nose should not be blown or fastly inhaled.
2. If bleeding recurs nostrils should be again pressed and held. In spite of it, if there is bleeding from the nose consultation with the doctor is mandatory.
3. General tonics for growth of the child is not necessary provided otherwise, child is healthy and nutritious. If you give nutritious diet that will be enough for the healthy growth of the children.
4. Only during the first year of life the child will gain 6-7 kilograms weight. Thereafter, every year the child will gain hardly 1 or 2 kilograms of weight only.
5. Parents should know the normal milestones of the children. If there is a delay, it is better to have consultation with the doctor.
6. Babies will have social smile between 1 and 2 months. At 3-4 months babies will have neck control.  Around 5 months babies will turn over one side and around 8 months it will re-turn to its original position.
7. Around 8-10 months babies will crawl. At 5 months – 6 months it can sit with support.  At 7-8 months it will sit without support.
8. At 10 months stands with support and keeps one or two steps. By 10-12 months stands without support for few minutes and make few steps.
9. Around 15 month walks towards the sideward. At 1 ½ years of age walks and runs freely.
10. At 2 years climbs steps and at 3 years climbs steps fast.
