  1. Based on the attitude of the child, age and grasping capacity parents should formulate the methodology of disagreeing them.
  2. Parents should not threaten that they will not be affectionate towards them and neglect them. Behaviour of the child can be neglected but should not tell them that they are totally neglecting the child.
  3. Parents should not expect gratitude from children since the children never wanted to be born. Because of the desire of parents child is born.  This aspect should be felt by the parents.
  4. Childhood Asthma is not a hereditary disease. It is due to allergy.  Pollens, house dust, excreta of animals are all the common allergens.
  5. Asthma which occurs in children below 3 years is called Intrinsic Asthma. This is common in children who are immune deficient.  Coo! Breeze, strong odour, smoke may induce this Asthma.  Viral infection may also be a triggering factor.  The symptoms of this intrinsic asthma may be present in all seasons.  It is difficult to control this type of Asthma.
  6. In some children wheezing starts beyond the age of 3 years. It will subside totally before the age of 8 years.
  7. In mild asthma intermittent attacks will occur 3 times in a year. That will subside around 10-12 years.
  8. In moderately severe asthma symptoms of the disease will start before the age of 2. Severity of the disease will be more and lasts longer.  This disease will not subside.  It may extend to the latter half of the life.
  9. In severe asthma within a span of 3 months child may get more than ten attacks. Moreover, these attacks will be severe and will last longer.
  10. Generally, before the attack of asthma mild cold will be there. Then only cough and difficulty in breathing will start.
