1. When the site of ear bore is infected it should be cleaned with spirit and cotton and antibiotic cream should be applied.
2. Following fresh ear boring ear lobe should be cleaned with spirit and cotton twice a day and the stud should be frequently rotated.
3. Infection of eyes is common in children. Conjunctiva is the thin membrane of the eye which may be infected by virus or bacteria.  It is called as conjunctivitis.  It can also be due to allergy or foreign body.
4. For children with conjunctivitis eye discharge should be cleaned with sterile gauze at frequent intervals and hot fomentation should be given.
5. If a child suffer from conjunctivitis other family members should not use the towels or sheets used by them.
6. After cleaning the eyes the family member who has done it should wash his or her hands thoroughly.
7. As per the advice of doctor antibiotic eye drop should be instilled in the eyes.
8. Scabies in children is common. It usually spreads by close contact with the children who are having scabies in the school.
9. If a child suffers from scabies other family members will also suffer from scabies.
10. The skin lesion will be seen in between the fingers wrist, elbows, and flexural aspect of the axilla. There will be reddish itchy small blisters in the above said areas.
