  1. There are certain births rights to the children. Parents should know about it.
  2. Children should be protected beyond caste, creed, religion and nationality.
  3. Children should be considered as a member of the family.
  4. Financial as well as for their mind growth facilities should be given to their normal growth.
  5. At times of emergency children should be given first preference for protection and saving.
  6. In social welfare programmes and social security schemes children should be the fullest beneficiaries.
  7. If the surrounding place around the umbilical cord in the new born baby is red and swollen, it may be due to infection and immediate medical attention should be sought.
  8. Some newborn babies may not suck the breasts actively. It may be the baby will be in sleepy mood or lazy to suck or due to faulty positioning of the breast.
  9. Some mothers may not be having adequate milk to feed to the baby. It may be due to resuming breast feeding after a long gap, feeding the baby in improper position, anxiety and fear about breast feeding, inadequate rest and lack of patience.
  10. Children in primary schools may not be knowing the truth and untruth, SO, they are liable to tell lies. Bigger children will tell lies following their parents. That sort of attitude will be to safeguard towards them.
