1. Glycerine can be applied to the mouth ulcers and along with it vitamins have to be given.
2. Some children may develop fever by scratch of the kitten. At the site of scratch there may be skin rashes.
3. If there are scratch marks with skin, rashes are seen that site should be washed with water and medicines advised by the doctors should be given.
4. To avoid this cat scratch fever, pet animals should be forbidden in the houses or the child should be restricted to play with the pet animals.
5. Children may have infection of the nail bed and a particular finger may be swollen and painful.
6. For those children insertion of a lemon to the affected finger is not going to give relief.
7. The pus collected around the nail bed has to be removed. Then only the swelling as well as pain will subside.
8. Some children will have white areas with red zones in the tongue. It may vary in size and colour. This is called as geographical tongue. Treatment is not necessary for this condition.
9. Some children may be hyperactive in their behaviour. They are called as hyperactive children.
10. Parents should know whether the child is hyperactive or not.
