Banana Pancakes for Kids

These bite-size pancakes willdefinitely make the kids happy!!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas cut into round shaped pieces
  • For dusting: 1/4 cup of wholemeal self-raising flour
  • For batter: 1 cup of wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 1 table spoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 50g butter melted

METHOD

  •  Coat the cut bananas with the flour reserved for dusting.
  • Beat the egg along with milk and sugar, add 1 cup of flour and whisk thoroughly.
  • Melt a little butter in a frying pan.
  • Dip the coated banana pieces in the batter and fry both the sides till it becomes golden in colour.
