Cheese Dosa, a delicious and yummy recipe for cheese lovers, especially kids is easy to make with a few available ingredients at home.
Chopped green chillies
Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion, green chillies, capsicum, and carrot with a pinch of salt for two to three minutes and keep aside.
Heat a non-stick tawa or an iron tawa, grease it with oil and pour a ladle full of batter on the tawa and spread it into a thin round dosa. Smear oil or butter on the edges.
Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly on the dosa and on top of it add the grated cheese.
Wait for the cheese to start melting and the base of the dosa to become golden.
Fold it into a triangle shape or just roll it and serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
