Ingredients:
Macaroni/pasta 100 grams any shape
Milk 500 ml
Butter 4 tbsp.
All purpose flour or Maida 2 tbsp.
Black pepper powder ¾ tsp or
Mustard powder (any one you can use)
Cheese 150 grams shredded (any cheese of your choice)
Salt as required
Method
Cook the pasta as per the instructions and let it cool down.
Heat a sauce pan with butter, add milk and bring it to boil.
Add the all-purpose flour and mix thoroughly.
Let the mixture become slightly thick, now add the shredded cheese and stir gently.
Sprinkle salt, pepper powder or mustard powder, and combine well.
Pour the cheese sauce on top of the cooked pasta, mix and serve.
