INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Pasta 1 Cup
Bell Pepper (Red & Green) ¼ cup finely chopped
Carrot 1 no. (cut into 1” thick sticks)
French Beans ¼ cup (cut into 1” sized pieces)
Potato ¼ cup (peel and cut into small cubes)
Cucumber ½ cup diced
Onion 1 no. thinly sliced
Coriander Leaves chopped 1 tea spoon
Green Chilli 1 small size
Garlic 2 flakes peeled
Cheese or Paneer ½ cup grated
Salt to taste
White Vinegar (optional) to taste
Sugar (optional) ½ tea spoon powdered
METHOD:
Boil Carrot, Potato and Beans till tender but firm. Crush garlic and green chilli and keep aside. Sauté the thinly sliced onion in a little butter till dark brown but not burnt. In a large bowl mix macaroni, crushed garlic and green chilli and mix well. Add the boiled vegetables one by one, diced cucumber, add salt and mix thoroughly. At this stage you can add vinegar and sugar (if you are using)
Garnish with grated cheese or paneer and coriander. Chill well and before serving sprinkle the sautéed onions.
