Dry Fruit Milk Shake


Pistas 45 g
Cashews 10 nos
Almonds 10 nos
Dates 2 (chopped)
Dried Figs 2 (optional)
Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
Milk 3 cups


Soak pistas, cashews, almonds and figs (if using) in warm water for 1 hour. Soaking helps to peel the almond skin easily and gives a rich creamy taste to the shake.

Take a blender jar, add soaked pistas, cashews, peeled almonds, figs (optional), chopped dates and cardamom powder along with 1 cup of milk and blend well to a smooth mixture.

Add the balance milk and blend thoroughly.

Top it with sliced nuts and serve.

*If you prefer to have a cold milk shake, refrigerate the milk and use.
