Kiwi Juice

Ingredients

Kiwi Fruit 3 or 4
Sugar as required
Salt a pinch
Cold water 4 cups (approximately)
Ice cubes

Method

Wash the fruit thoroughly, peel and scoop out the pulp.

Blend kiwi pulp, sugar, salt (for enhancing the taste) and water in a blender/mixer.

Blend till it becomes smooth but without crushing the seeds. The seeds make the juice crunchy and tasty.
