INGREDIENTS
Plums – 5 medium sized
Water – 2 cups
Sugar – 2 tsp (optional)
Lemon juice – 2 tsp (from half of a small lemon) (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the plums in running water thoroughly. Boil the plums in water for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame. Pour cold water on plums to stop cooking further.
Remove the outer layer and chop them into cubes.
Blend the cooked and chopped plums along with water, sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
Strain the juice, add some ice cubes and serve.
