Ingredients
Pomegranate seeds 2 cups
Chilled water 1 cup
Sugar if required
Salt a pinch (optional)
Method
Blend pomegranate seeds, cold water and sugar for a minute or two.
Strain the juice in a mesh strainer. Then use a spatula to press the pulp against the strainer to extract as much juice as possible.
The healthy pomegranate juice is ready to drink.
