WORLD NATURE CONSERVATION DAY
July 28, 2016
“Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s needs, but not every man’s greed” – Mahatma Gandhi
World Nature Conservation Day is observed on 28th July all over the world to create awareness about the value, importance and protection of NATURE and NATURAL RESOURCES.
Nature provides us with food, water, soil, air, trees, animals, minerals and gas to make possible for the humans to live on this planet.
With the help of technology, wonders are created in every field but at the cost of other species. Natural resources are exploited for money. Let us stop abusing and start conserving nature, so that the present and the future generations can enjoy the blessings of Mother Nature.
“Conservation is a state of harmony between men and land”. -Aldo Leopold
